Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Operations in Birmingham, AL. In this role you will perform driving and on-foot patrols, deter incidents, and provide a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

You will document activities using our technology tools and respond to security-related needs in a fast-paced setting. The position requires being at least 21, possessing a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation/reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility including entrances, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify credentials as directed; report unusual activity to site leadership.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and promptly per site requirements.
