Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a Part Time Driving Role in Elkton, MD. The role involves patrolling healthcare locations, ensuring safety, and responding to incidents while maintaining a professional, patient-focused presence.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies in a calm, professional manner following site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, report suspicious conditions, and document incidents promptly.
• Maintain a professional presence and assist healthcare personnel and visitors as appropriate.
