Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and perimeters.
• Verify credentials and direct visitors; report unauthorized activity.
• Deter theft and property damage through visible patrols and reporting.
