Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a healthcare-related manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and assist with visitor and contractor entry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
