Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver’s license, customer service experience preferred, access control and badge experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles; high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law; licensing as required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter areas to identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; report unauthorized access or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and document actions.
• Complete accurate daily activity and incident reports and shift communications.
