Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading North American security and facility services company, seeks a part-time Security Officer – Enhanced in Montgomery, AL. You will provide customer service at a commercial site, perform routine patrols, and respond to incidents following established protocols.

The role offers anchor shifts with the option to pick additional shifts and grow within the industry leader. Pay rate is $17.93/hour.

Qualifications

Two or more years of security-related experience.
Comfort using a computer or tablet.
Customer service experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background investigation and drug screen required.
Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or employees at a commercial real estate location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related issues to appropriate personnel.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, and/or daily operations.
