Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience with access control and badge processes preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor and control access to facilities, verify credentials, and direct authorized individuals.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and following procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports with professional communication.
