Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Part Time Driver in Wilmington, OH. You will safeguard clients, manage access, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment while adhering to our driver policy.

This part-time role offers a consistent schedule (Wed and Thu 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM) with opportunities to learn and grow, including access to the Shift-claim platform for additional shifts. A valid driver9s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver9s license required per policy.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in line with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out access control procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs and authorization, and maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly to access concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, exits, parking areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding access activities and shift handoffs.
