Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor registration, issue and collect access badges, and maintain logs.
• Respond to access control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; report concerns to site contacts and leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, building areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Operate access control systems, CCTV equipment, and communication devices; complete incident reports and daily activity documentation.
