Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and courteous attitude.
• Ability to perform access-control procedures and verify credentials.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain access-control records.
• Respond to access-related incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor cameras and systems; report irregular activity and policy violations.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, common areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized access.
