Job summary

White Pine Innovations, part of the Seneca Nation Group portfolio, seeks a Part-Time Security Cooperation Instructor to support the Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU). The role centers on research, analysis, and graduate-level instruction in Security Cooperation strategy, policy, and planning.

The successful candidate will develop, deliver, and assess DSCU courses, align materials with DSCU standards, and engage with stakeholders to integrate case studies and current issues.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Security Cooperation or related field.
• 10+ years of operational, strategic, and planning SC experience in or supporting the US government.
• US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a favorable suitability adjudication.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and provide analytical support to DSCU faculty and staff.
• Lead and establish priorities for vetting content, product development, reviews, and dissemination strategies.
• Serve as an instructor for DSCU programs, delivering graduate-level instruction on SC strategy, policy, and planning.
• Develop, deliver, and assess instructional content for DSCU courses aligned with DoD and DSCU standards.
• Instruct U.S. and international military, civilian, and interagency students on SC tools, frameworks, and policies.
• Prepare and update course materials to align with current DoD/DSCA/DSCU guidance.
• Engage with DSCU stakeholders to incorporate case studies and lessons learned.
