Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card is required.
• Background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess computer or tablet experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the property and report maintenance or safety issues.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor activity per site procedures.
• Communicate with property management and emergency responders as needed.
