Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A guard card or license is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as part of employment.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles; driving positions require a valid driver\'s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and authorized personnel at the front desk.
• Greet visitors and manage access per site procedures.
• Monitor front desk activity and document deliveries, calls, and visitor information.
• Respond calmly to incidents following escalation procedures.
