Responsibilities

• Provide document control support and customer service to organizational groups.
• Assist with tracking and accountability of controlled material.
• Assist with periodic inventories and inspections.
• Review materials for proper inventory numbers and required markings.
• Prepare controlled materials for approved destruction facilities.
• Conduct records searches including verification, scanning, and filing.
• Identify and implement processes to safeguard controlled material and ensure regulatory compliance.
