Job summary

AMB Family Office, the support entity for the Chairman and family, seeks a Part-Time Security Associate for the Buckhead offices. You will uphold security policies, patrol designated areas, and respond to emergencies during overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include incident reporting, detaining suspicious individuals, and coordinating with executives, visitors and vendors. Must be able to lift 40 lbs and work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.
• Two years security or military experience preferred.
• Ability to review and complete incident reports and maintain records.
• Must comply with federal, state and local laws and company policies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Patrol AMB Family Office and related properties to ensure safety.
• Investigate unusual occurrences and write incident reports.
• Respond to emergencies, including first aid, CPR/AED and use of equipment.
• Question or detain suspicious individuals on AMB property.
• Coordinate with CEO, Directors, associates, visitors and vendors.
• Backfill security reception as needed and screen access to properties.
• Monitor security cameras for unusual activity.
• Escort employees, visitors and tenants to parking facilities as requested.
• Drive as a back-up vehicle operator when necessary.

Required Shifts: Weekdays: 10pm to 6am Weekends: 6am-2pm and 10pm-6am. This position is located at our Buckhead Offices.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAble to follow Security policies and procedures (SOP)Patrols (AMB Family Office and 1080 according to ensure everyone is safe. Investigates unusual occurrences; writes incident reports on actual or potential loss of company, employee, or visitor property through fire, theft, or vandalism.Responds to emergency situations of various types. Responses may include activities such as physical intervention, restraint of unruly persons, first aid, CPR/AED, and use of various specialized equipment.Questions or detains suspicious individuals or criminal violators on AMB property.Staff’s AMB Command Center and residential property to screen and control access to the AMB Properties.Must be able to Independently communicate with Hierarchy of CEO,’s Directors, plus Associates, Visitors, and VendorsEscorts employees, staff, visitors, and tenants to parking facilities, as requested.Backfill Security reception when neededMust be able to follow complex directions.Regularly monitors security camera for suspicious activityServes as a back-up vehicle driver when necessaryQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or G.E.D.
