Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by enforcing site access procedures
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, maintain logs
• Screen inbound/outbound traffic and deter unauthorized entry
• Respond to incidents with calm, clear communication to site contacts
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and facility perimeter
