Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Credential Processing in Ontario, CA. You will support access-control operations at a retail distribution location, verify credentials, and deliver professional customer service.

The role emphasizes reliability, integrity, and teamwork in a dynamic security environment. A valid driver’s license is required for driving duties; 18+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent; background check and drug screening will be conducted.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A background investigation will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment; valid driver’s license may be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and safety policies.
• Monitor and control access at entrances and gates by verifying credentials and maintaining logs.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate leadership as required.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Document observations and access-control activities in accordance with site procedures.
