Job summary

LifeWise Academy is seeking a part-time teacher for grades 6-12. You will implement LifeWise curriculum, build relationships with students, and maintain a positive, orderly classroom environment.

The role requires a minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience and active participation in a local church aligned with LifeWise's faith statements. Training and regular communication with staff are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Two years of classroom teaching experience (school or church setting).
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Mature Christian faith in agreement with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsibilities

• Complete Initial and Ongoing Training (LifeWise Teacher Certification within 30 days).
• Teach LifeWise Classes using LifeWise curriculum and map out lesson plans.
• Maintain accurate attendance records and class rosters.
