Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a part-time Simulator Second in Command (SIC) to support client training programs. The role involves acting as SIC for multi-crew aircraft training, maintaining currency and qualifications, and ensuring compliance with program requirements and FlightSafety’s quality systems.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience, plus a Commercial Pilot Certificate with 450 hours and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate with the appropriate category, class and instrument ratings; minimum of 450 hours.
• Fluency in English with excellent cockpit verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Second-in-Command for clients in multi-crew aircraft training without a flying partner; does not perform instructional duties.
• Maintain SIC qualification per program requirements and FlightSafety International's QMS processes.
• Maintain current all certificates, ratings and designations required to perform SIC duties.
