Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Store Associate for the Burlington Mall location in Burlington, MA. The role reports to the Store Manager and runs for 3–4 months with potential extension.

You will engage customers, share knowledge on fabrics and product features, and help drive store performance. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, are energetic, and comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of fabrics, features, fit and function helpful.
• Able to interact with customers, employees, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store and promote products.
• Provide knowledge on fabrics, features, fit and function.
• Maintain store merchandising and visual guidelines.
