Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our Burlington Mall location in Burlington, MA. You’ll help customers connect online and in-store shopping with cutting-edge tech, while supporting a fast-paced, energetic team led by the Store Manager.

You’ll gain experience in fabric knowledge, product features, and fitting; participate in store events; and maintain merchandising standards. Flex schedule and a supportive work environment await.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle products and fabrics helpful.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Flexible with hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and explain fabric features, fit, and function.
• Drive in-store engagement through events and promotions.
• Maintain store merchandising to make shopping easy.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager.
• Follow safety and security standards and assist with receipts and conflicts.
• Unpack inventory boxes (10–30 lbs) as required.
