Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Store Associate for its Burlington Mall location in Burlington, MA. You will help deliver a best-in-class retail experience and assist customers as they navigate online and in-store shopping.

This 3-4 month role offers a starting wage of $15.00–$16.00 per hour, onsite work with evenings, weekends, and holidays requiring flexibility. Perks include a 70% employee discount and free outfits each month. Join a team focused on service, energy, and sales growth.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers with knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store via events and promotions.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to Store Manager to improve customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to keep the store easy to shop and add value to the customer journey.
• Unpack inventory boxes as required; boxes weigh 10-30 lbs.
