Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail, attraction, or customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Sell tickets and greet guests upon arrival.
• Engage with guests using animal knowledge and solve their needs.
• Guide guests throughout the building accurately and efficiently.
