Job summary

Harris Teeter in Raleigh, NC seeks a part-time Seafood Associate responsible for processing, packaging and stocking seafood products while upholding seafood standards. You will also clean work areas, assist customers, unload stock and reload salvage as needed.

When assigned, you may perform duties of a meat clerk. The role requires the ability to read and follow simple instructions in English, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a cool environment with periodic heavy lifting. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and stock seafood products per seafood standards.
• Clean work areas and unload stock; reload salvage as needed.
• Provide customer service and assist customers with questions.
• Perform duties of meat clerk when assigned.
