Job summary

Harris Teeter in Cary, NC is seeking a part-time Meat/Seafood Clerk to process, package, and stock meat products, clean work areas, and provide excellent customer service. You will unload stock, reload salvage, and perform duties of the seafood clerk when assigned.

A high school diploma or GED is required, plus 1–3 months of related experience or training. Associates must be at least 18 years old and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.

Responsibilities

• Process, package and stock meat products according to Meat Standards.
• Clean work areas and maintain sanitation.
• Provide customer service, unload stock and reload salvage.
• Perform duties of seafood clerk when assigned.
