Qualifications

• At least two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• X-ray screening experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while conducting screening procedures.
• Screen persons, belongings, and items; report prohibited or suspicious items.
• Verify IDs and access; direct visitors to check-in points.
• Respond to incidents and alarms; document details.
• Conduct patrols of screening areas and perimeters.
