Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Screening Auditor in Indianapolis, IN. This flexible, part-time role offers reliable hours at a dedicated site, with the option to pick up additional shifts and increase earnings through our scheduling platform.

The position pays $17.22 per hour and requires at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Possess at least one year of security-related experience.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and policies.
• Screen packages, vehicles, personnel, and deliveries in accordance with access-control procedures.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping documentation as assigned, and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the site to deter inappropriate activity.
