Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and delivery personnel by conducting screening procedures and following site policies.
• Screen individuals and permitted items entering automotive manufacturing or corporate facility areas.
• Verify identification, access authorization, and visitor credentials; direct to check-in points or restricted areas.
• Respond calmly to incidents and document observations for reporting to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points and screening areas; adapt to varying environments.
