Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated School Social Worker for a part-time, school-based role in Littleton, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is on-site and offers flexible hours around 20 per week with competitive pay.

You’ll collaborate with students, families, and school teams to address social-emotional needs, implement interventions, and support IEP goals while maintaining accurate documentation and data.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Colorado Social Work licensure (LMSW/LCSW or equivalent).
• Supervised practicum/fieldwork completed as part of program.
• Experience with children or school-aged students preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group social-emotional support.
• Conduct student assessments and contribute to evaluations and IEP planning.
• Develop and implement interventions to address student needs.
• Provide services outlined in IEPs and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, counselors, and families.
