Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a School Social Worker for a full-time, school-based role in Littleton, CO for the 2026-2027 school year. The position is on-site with guaranteed hours and a 40-hour workweek, paying $45-$50+ per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ social-emotional and behavioral needs, participate in IEP processes, and provide crisis intervention and community referrals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current or eligible Colorado Social Work licensure (LMSW/LCSW or equivalent).
• Completion of supervised practicum/fieldwork as part of program.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group social-emotional support.
• Conduct student assessments and contribute to evaluations and IEP planning.
• Develop and implement interventions addressing student needs.
• Support services outlined in IEPs and track progress.
