Job summary

Global Psychological seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in our Columbus, Ohio school program. You will assess and treat communication disorders, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement strategies.

The role is part-time (22.5 hours/week) in a supportive, multidisciplinary team. A Master’s degree and ASHA certification are required, with state licensure eligible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• ASHA Certification (CFY or CCC) required or eligible for licensure.
• Current state license or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• At least two years of experience, preferably with school-aged children.
• Knowledge of K-12 special education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of speech, language, voice, fluency, pragmatics, and oral motor skills.
• Provide targeted, evidence-based therapy to support communication and learning.
• Develop and implement IEPs for students with speech and language needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to apply classroom strategies.
• Maintain accurate therapy records for accountability and Medicaid purposes.
