Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time contract in Land O' Lakes, FL. The SLP will conduct student evaluations and provide and document therapy services in the school setting according to the plan of care and physician's orders.

Minimum requirements include active SLP licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred, compliance with professional standards, CPR if applicable, TB/PPD or chest x-ray if applicable, health certificate per contract,

Qualifications

• Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate per contract/regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations and assess therapy needs.
• Provide and document therapy services per the plan of care.
