Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) for a part-time contract at a high school near Derby, KS. The role emphasizes mentoring and collaboration, with a 46-student caseload and both consult and direct therapy hours.

This maternity-leave assignment runs roughly from early October to late December 2026, three days per week (Mon Tue Thu), about 20 hours weekly, including a 1–2 week shadow period prior to start to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) is required.
• State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• School-based experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 46 students (consultation and direct therapy hours).
• Deliver evidence-based speech-language interventions.
• Conduct evaluations and write IEPs with up-to-date documentation.
• Shadow the current SLP for 1–2 weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
• Collaborate with staff, students, and families to support student growth.
