Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree in a human services field preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged youth, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to communicate comfortably with students and staff (written and oral).
• Knowledge of school procedures, conduct, and learning support practices.
• Strong organization, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bilingual candidates are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with school-based staff to assist morning arrival, transitions, and dismissal.
• Monitor sight supervision in designated areas including halls and bathrooms.
• Escort students to designated locations within the school (office, health, counseling).
• Support restorative practices and approaches with students and staff.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and professional learning opportunities.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor in a dynamic environment.
