Nyman Associates, Inc. is seeking a School-Based Registered Behavior Technician (Part-time) in Roebuck, SC to support students with ASD and other developmental needs under supervision.

The role emphasizes direct behavioral services, data collection, and collaboration with the school team. The ideal candidate holds an active RBT certification or is progressing toward the BACB RBT exam, with a high school diploma required and a BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or in progress for BACB RBT exam.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and classroom-based behavioral support to students.
• Implement ABA strategies and interventions.
• Support skill acquisition and positive behavior development.
• Implement BIPs and positive support plans.
• Collect behavioral data and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, BCBA, and school team members.
• Maintain accurate session documentation and records.
• Support students' educational, social, and behavioral goals within the school environment.
