Registered Behavior Technicians will receive mentorship and support while implementing ABA-based treatment plans, collaborating with clinical teams, and ensuring the success of their clients.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, education, or psychology preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children implementing ABA treatment plans.
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams.

Skills

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification

Experience working with children in ABA therapy

Ability to engage actively with clients

Education

High school diploma required

Bachelor’s in Psychology or Education preferred
