Job summary

Ascend Rehab Inc. in Roseville, CA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide ABA-based interventions under BCBA supervision in school-based settings. Part-time position with 20-22 hours per week, focusing on early intervention in a collaborative team environment.

The RBT will work with children ages 14-18, perform data collection, and support 1:1 and small-group sessions in a structured, compassionate setting.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children ages 14-18.
• Comfortable with hands-on care, including diaper changing.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by a BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a preschool/community setting.
• Collect and document accurate data and session notes.
• Support children with daily routines, transitions, communication, and social skills.
• Assist with diapering, toileting, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and ethical guidelines.
