Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a part-time School Psychologist to support two elementary communities in Colorado. You will conduct comprehensive assessments and provide consultative support across Parker Elementary and Franktown Elementary, traveling between sites as needed.

Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop, monitor, and review IEPs, interpreting results and recommending strategies to address learning, behavioral, and emotional needs.

Qualifications

• Valid Colorado School Psychologist certification/license
• Masters degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Experience with special education evaluation, assessment, and documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with IEP development and best practices in special education
• Flexibility and travel across two elementary sites
• Commitment to ethical standards and cultural sensitivity

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological and academic assessments for students referred for special education
• Interpret evaluation results and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop, monitor, and review IEPs
• Recommend strategies and supports to facilitate student learning and address behavioral or emotional needs
• Provide consultation and intervention to contribute to a positive school climate
• Ensure district, state, and federal compliance in reporting and documentation
