Job summary

Soliant is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to support PreK through 5th grade students on maternity leave coverage. The part-time role runs three days a week for 23 hours across a small district, with a minimal travel footprint and a stable caseload of about 35 students.

You will update IEP goals, prepare progress notes, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, student-centered care in a supportive district setting.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure to practice Physical Therapy.
• Experience in a school setting is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to work with children in PreK through 5th grade.
• Familiarity with special education documentation (progress notes, IEP updates).
• Adaptable and collaborative attitude to support students, families, and educators.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group physical therapy services tailored to students’ needs.
• Complete progress reports and document therapy sessions; maintain student records.
• Update IEP goals and contribute to evaluation team reports as necessary.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Communicate effectively with educators, families, and support staff.
