Job summary

Soliant is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to support students in a vibrant school setting near Hatfield, PA. You will provide direct care in collaboration with a supportive team and enjoy flexible scheduling built into the role.

The position involves delivering approximately one hour of therapy per week, one monthly team consultation, and completing two evaluations during the assignment, with thorough documentation and teamwork to support student progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist with credentials valid in Pennsylvania.
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based physical therapy preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Organized, reliable, and adaptable to changing school needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver approximately one hour of physical therapy services per week to students.
• Provide one monthly team consultation to support student care planning.
• Complete two evaluations as required during the assignment.
• Collaborate with educational staff, families, and other therapists to support student progress.
• Document interventions, evaluations, and consultation outcomes in a timely and thorough manner.
