Job summary

EdLogical Group seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in Anaheim, CA for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time role focuses on assessments, IEP-aligned treatment planning, and direct therapy to improve student access to education.

You will collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate documentation, supervise COTAs as needed, and participate in ongoing professional development. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• OT license required.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct formalized assessments to determine eligibility and level of functioning.
• Develop and coordinate treatment plans with interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide direct Occupational Therapy services aligned with IEP goals.
• Complete and maintain compliant IEPs; participate in reviews.
• Consult with teachers and families to support generalization of communication skills.
• Maintain therapy notes, assessment data, and progress documentation.
• Supervise and support COTAs, including monitoring supervision hours.
