Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to support elementary students in a Glendale, CA school setting with a flexible, part-time schedule.

You will provide direct and consultative OT services for about 8 hours weekly, helping students participate in routines and access curricula. Collaboration with teachers and families will be essential to success and progress documentation.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in California.
• Experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred.
• Comfortable with elementary caseloads and adapting strategies for young learners.
• Strong communication and collaboration to consult with teachers and families.
• Ability to conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document services effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to elementary-aged students, about 8 hours per week.
• Create and implement individualized interventions to support student participation in school routines.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports.
• Provide insight and resources to help classroom teams foster inclusive environments.
