Job summary

Therapeutic Focus, LLC in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric Physical Therapist to support both school-based and outpatient pediatric care in a hybrid role offering flexibility and a supportive team.

You will evaluate and treat pediatric patients, craft individualized plans, and collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to support mobility, strength, and participation in school and home life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients in school-based and outpatient settings.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Address mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and functional participation.
• Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings when appropriate.
• Collaborate with families, educators, physicians, OTs, SLPs, and other professionals.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans; complete accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
  
• Current Tennessee and Arkansas Physical Therapist licenses, or willingness to obtain licensure in both states
• Pediatric and/or school-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
• Ability to commute to Therapeutic Focus (West Memphis, Arkansas) one to two days a week.

Schedule & Setting

Part-Time | Monday-Friday

Flexible scheduling based on therapist availability, caseload, school schedules, and clinic needs.

This position includes a combination of school-based and outpatient pediatric therapy, including a PreK-12 school population and is a hybrid position (in person and virtual).
