Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some experience in food preparation in large quantities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve meats, breads, vegetables per menu.
• Prepare and serve fruits, desserts, salads and soups; may rotate areas.
• Wash pots, pans, kettles and other cooking utensils.
• Operate dishwasher, mixer, chopper, slicer, steamers and ovens.
• Clean work surfaces and service areas; perform cleaning duties.
• Assist in estimating and ordering food supplies; stock supplies.
• Maintain sanitary conditions in work areas.
