Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math for recipes and portions.
• Experience in food service or cafeteria setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as cashier and handle transactions.
• Read and follow recipes; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to HACCP food safety standards.
• Portion and serve food on the serving line; refill as needed.
• Assist with inventory and storage; report equipment needs to manager.
