Job summary

You will help ensure nutritious meals, proper portions, accurate records, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards while assisting kitchen staff and participating in inventory, ordering, and reporting as needed. Immediate start; position open until filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; 1–2 years of food preparation in an institutional setting or childcare.
• Ability to operate a computer for time management, records, and ordering tasks.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation, HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and serve meals according to standardized recipes.
• Assist with food production, serving, and cleaning to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Monitor HACCP compliance and ensure food safety practices across shifts.
• Record daily production, inventory, and financial reports for meal services.
