Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge of quantity cooking; safety practices and procedures; basic computer usage appropriate and safe usage of food preparation equipment; and health standards and hazards.

Responsibilities

• Bakes one or more items as needed to meet meal requirements.
• Carry and stock food and supplies up to weight limits across distances.
• Maintain sanitary food prep and serving areas.
• Cook food from scratch to meet mandated requirements.
• Inspect items for quantity and health standards.
• Assist with monitoring and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
• Respond to inquiries about meals and pricing.
• Stock condiments and supplies for daily service.
