Job summary

Spring Lake Park School District 16 is seeking a Part Time Nutrition Services Associate at Woodcrest Elementary Spanish Immersion, working 4 hours per day across 178 school days with 8 paid holidays and 2 training days. Duties include food prep, serving, cashiering, and dish machine operation, in a team-focused environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, background check, pre-work physical, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and pre-work physical required.
• 3 professional reference checks required.
• Working knowledge of computers (email).
• Pre-work physical required.

Responsibilities

• Will perform duties as assigned by the kitchen manager including but not limited to; food prep, serve, cashier and operate a dish machine
• Must maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with all students, staff and co-workers
• Must attend job-related training classes and workshops in order to meet the professional standards guidelines of 4 hours/year
• Will follow Department Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
• Must maintain high standards and working knowledge of food safety and sanitation pursuant to the Minnesota Food Code.
