Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Part-time School Nurse (LPN/RN) for pediatric care, including trach, vent, and g-tube patients. The role requires an active NC nursing license and CPR certification, with reliable transportation to visit patients as scheduled.

Shifts are Wednesday and Thursday, 7:30a–4:30p. The nurse will follow the plan of treatment, document care, and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Manager while adhering to all policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of treatment and nursing care plan.

• Notifies Director of Clinical Services or Clinical Manager of significant changes in patient status.
• Participates in mandated agency activities as requested by the Director.
• Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within designated time.
