Job summary

MGA Homecare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) for pediatric homecare in Mount Olive, NC. The nurse will work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. providing skilled nursing to a pediatric patient in the home setting.

The ideal candidate holds an active NC LPN license, can provide current TB results or chest X-ray, and CPR certification per agency policy. Flexibility and independent judgment are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Pediatric homecare nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required per agency policy.
• TB or chest X-ray results current.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing as ordered on the plan of care.
• Document observations and changes in clinical notes and nursing care plan.
• Communicate patient status changes to Clinical Manager or Director of Clinical Services.
• Follow MGA policies and complete mandated activities.
